Kecia joined First Command as a Financial Advisor in October 2014. During her 12 years of service in the United States Navy, she served multiple tours in the Integrated Undersea Surveillance System. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Master of Public Administration degree and the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and French, Kecia holds Series 6, 63 and 65 securities licenses plus state life and health insurance licenses in Virginia and North Carolina.
