Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give clients a total-body workout.
Are you ready to take your health and fitness to the next level? Our specially-trained coaches will take you on a journey to reach your fullest potential. Our meal plans, accountability and assessments are proven by university-backed studies to shed fat, increase strength and endurance, tone muscle and improve energy.
What Does Body Back® Transformation Include?
- 2 Body Back® workouts per week for 8 weeks in a small group format
- Supplemental streamed workouts for at-home use
- Body Back® Recipe Book & Meal Plan
- A food journal for tracking success
- Before and after fitness assessments and measurements

Who is Body Back® for?
- Body Back® is for moms who are ready to commit to making measurable changes in their physical fitness and nutrition habits.
- Body Back® moms have kids of all ages.
- Body Back® is NOT for pregnant or newly postpartum moms (but we'd love to have you join us at Stroller Strides in the meantime)
Are kids allowed at Body Back®?
- No, Body Back® is a program designed for moms only. This is a chance for you to focus on yourself for some me time! Stroller Strides is designed to do with your littles.
