Body Back Transformation®

Each session runs for 8 weeks and includes 2 classes per week, before/after fitness assessments, online support, at-home workouts, recipe book, meal planning and food journaling.

Body Back® Transformation Session is a small group, personal training, body makeover program that consists of both nutrition and exercise components. Our instructors will help you achieve the exercise goals you have been looking for in a supportive, encouraging and judgement free environment!

Your Body Back Transformation Session includes:

· Red exercise band (new clients only)

· Before/After fitness assessments

· Weekly weigh-ins

· Access to online workouts you can complete at home

· Meal planning including food journals and our recipe book which includes 120 healthy (and delicious) meals

· Access to an exclusive online support group for your 8 week session
