Our Village Playgroups & Events
Playgroups are free and open to everyone. You must register with Denise @ firstname.lastname@example.org to attend your first playgroup. In cases of inclement weather please check our daily schedule to see if we've moved indoors.
Mar. 6- Dr. Seuss Truffula Trees Craft- It’s Dr.Seuss week in Chesapeake! To celebrate the birthday of this great children’s author, Heather will read The Lorax, and follow with a tissue paper craft!
Mar. 15- All Green Potluck- Everyone is invited to celebrate St.Patrick’s Day with all things green! Please bring a green colored food or holiday inspired dish to share!
Mar. 7- Take me to the Zoo - Let's celebrate Dr. Seuss' birthday! We will be reading Take Me to the Zoo and doing a spotted leopard craft!
Mar. 16 - Lucky Clovers - We will use blue and yellow finger paint to make lucky four leaf clovers!
Mar. 28 - Paper Plate Birds - Let's welcome Spring! We'll be using markers and Feathers to make colorful flying friends!more
Mar. 8 - Shamrock Slow Falling Sensory Bottle – bring your little one out to make a magical St. Patty’s sensory bottle.
Mar. 22 – Toddler Field Day – let your little one travel the courts and take on our field day activities. We’ll let the babies get some tummy time in as they cheer them on!more
Mar. 16 – St. Patrick’s Day Family Stroller Strides Class! Wear your green and bring the family! Leprechauns, shamrocks, rainbows, and pots of gold, oh my! Hang out after class and let the kids have some St. Patrick’s Day fun with gold coins and rainbow rice sensory play!
