Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give clients a total-body workout.

Enjoy fun and playful activities with your child and build a tight community of like minded moms to share advice, tips and most importantly laughter. A list of events can be found under the Our Village tab of our website.

Do you ever dream of making it through the finish line, but don't know how to get started? Are you looking to get in some extra cardio in your fitness routine? Do you need help staying motivated to run? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then our Running Training Program is for YOU!!!

For this training session we recommend a starting ability of about 2 miles. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, pace, etc.

Training for this session will begin on Sunday, July 15th and run for 8 weeks in preparation for the Freedom Run a 9.11mile course at the Dismal Swamp

Training Includes:

  • 2 Weekly Group Run -Sunday at 10am & Thursday at 4pm (Thursdays are optional)
  • Run locations will be announced on a weekly basis, this will allow us to explore new running locations and change up the scenery
  • Personalized coaching and race preparation
  • A progressive training program & guidance in a supportive atmosphere with other moms working towards the same goal
  • Full training schedule outlined by week
  • Private race training Facebook group
  • Your coach will assist you in increasing your run speed and endurance with a variety of exercises

Strollers are welcome (but optional) during our training runs.

Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family.
